1. Returns
Return Window: You may return items within 10 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or if we made an error with your order.
Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on:
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
2. How to Return
Request a Return: Contact us at support@lupinerage.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Return: Repack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive your return and confirm the condition of the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: Prefer a different size or replacement? We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets return conditions.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your gloves arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a return and offer either a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
